What Lumenor is
Lumenor is an AI tutor: it compiles a personal curriculum for goals you choose and teaches by guided questioning, in text and voice. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
Who may use it
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, if higher). If you use Lumenor on behalf of a young person in your care, you accept these terms for them.
AI-generated content — the honest caveat
Lessons and tutoring dialogue are generated by artificial intelligence. We work hard on accuracy — curricula are validated, tutoring is safety-filtered and grounded — but AI can be wrong, incomplete, or oddly confident. Lumenor is a learning aid, not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise), and not an accredited course provider. Verify anything that matters.
Your content
You own what you upload and write. You give us the limited license needed to operate the service on it — storing it, processing it with the providers named in the privacy policy, and turning it into your curriculum, reviews, and progress. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, and don't use Lumenor to generate or pursue content that is illegal, harmful to others, or intended to harm yourself.
Cost
Lumenor is free to use: this version has no subscriptions and no in-app purchases, and every feature is included at no charge. The iOS app is additionally governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
Fair use and termination
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to extract other people's data, break the safety systems, resell access, or overwhelm the infrastructure. We may suspend or close accounts that do. You can leave any time by deleting your account in the app.
Liability, plainly
Lumenor is provided "as is." To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that your local law says can't be limited.
Housekeeping
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA. If we change these terms materially, we'll say so in the app before the change takes effect. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stand.
